Sensitization.: A positive immunocap ige or allergy prick test to food is at best 50% predictive of a positive response on food challenge. Usually, the higher the response , the higher the likelihood of being allergic to that food. You should talk to your allergist about this. By the way, I am not referring to igg antibody to foods.
