Mite proof encasing: Encasing the mattress, box spring, pillows, and comforter with mite-proof encasing may reduce the mite dropping exposure. Reduction of humidity in the home would help hold the mite population down as well. However these measures alone would not completely solve your problem. You need to see an allergist.
