Get allergy testing : First confirm if you have dust mite or other types of environmental allergies by getting testing, typically from an allergist. Then you can consider allergy immunotherapy as a cure for the condition.

Asthma: In other terms you have allergic asthma related to allergies, you need proper treatment with inhalers, both maintenance and for acute symptoms and you need to see an allergist, get tested, findyour triggers and see if they offer allergy shots that can potentially cure your problem.

Mite proof encasing: Encasing the mattress, box spring, pillows, and comforter with mite-proof encasing may reduce the mite dropping exposure. Reduction of humidity in the home would help hold the mite population down as well. However these measures alone would not completely solve your problem. You need to see an allergist.
