Too early?: Your hcg levels are still quite low and your pregnancy is likely nothing more than a few microscopic cells. At around 6000 hcg a small gestational sac may be visible on a transabdominal ultrasound however on transvaginal ultrasound it may be visible at around 2000. If still no pregnancy is seen it may mean a miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy
