Yes: If you are having sex, you could be pregnant. The doctor wouldn't have taken the blood pregnancy test if there wasn't a chance that you were pregnant.

Yes...: If urine test inconclusive and you are late for your period you can certainly be pregnant. Make sure you follow up on your blood test results. Best wishes.
