Increased BP: The most common thing to happen if you stop this drug suddenly is that your blood pressure will increase. Typically you don't see more nausea, drowsiness, dizziness, vomiting, or headache after stopping the drug, but if you are encountering these symptoms, I would contact your doctor for specific instructions on how to stop the medication in a more controlled and appropriate manner.
