I have two different brands of spironolactone: hyles and uractonum. can i take both brands of medication at the same time? for example, hyles in the morning and uractonum in the evening. will there be any side effects? thank you?

Both are spironolactone with different manufatures so the effect should be more or less the same provided the tablet strength is the same. You can take one or another as desired frequency as long as you take the right dose.
