I have chronic gastritis due to nsaids and when in pain i take patiprazole 40 mg for a few weeks but it always comes back later. please help!!!

Ulceration ?: Are you continuing to take the NSAIDs ? Have you been checked for H. pylori ? The proton pump inhibitors (PPI - like pantoprazole) will reduce the gastric acid levels, and allow healing to begin. Might need to take longer than a few weeks so healing can progress. Check for the stomache bacteria - H pylori, which can lead to ulcers, and may require antibiotics to eradicate. Talk with your dr.
