A member asked:

How long does it take for gastritis to heal if caused by nsaids?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

NSAIDs-ulcer: I believe it takes about 6-8 weeks for soft/mucosal tissue to heal. I recommend use of PPI or Pepcid (famotidine) like medications with use of NSAIDs to prevent ulcers/gastritis.
