Management : You need to be seen immediately by a Gastroenterology it GI physician to manage your heartburn/esophagitis. You also need to see a Hematologist regarding your coagulopathy and ensure they coordinate care with a Rheumatologist as well. You may have thrombocytopenia despite the thrombotic nature of APS and need H Pylori test and multi specialist management. Good luck.
