Had endoscopy today. It's a gastric ulcer w/antral gastritis and duodenitis! wondering what else might be inflamed & how to correct w/o nsaids?
I am on fluoxetine 20mg, I read that taking nsaids with ssri increase bleeding risk. In past, i got gastritis just after taking 1 tablet of ibuprofen 400mg. Can I now safely take aceclofenac ( selective cox 2 inhibitor in India ) along with ssri?
Is gastritis considered chronic inflammation? Should i take nsaid to get rid of it? I don't like meds... I've had gastritis it seems forever.
