Doubt they are relat: I am very doubtful that the swelling that you were describing has anything to do with the light-headedness. The swelling is a benign phenomena, just some slight edema.

Can Group C strep cause dry mouth, metallic flavor, enlarged tonsil, sharp ear pain that comes and goes and swelling/ pain/ lump on neck under ear? All these only on left side? What else could it be?
Symptoms: internal lumps along left side of neck (swollen, slightly painful to touch), drowsiness/fatigue, swelling in face, no fever or sore throat?
I have swelling and pain in my armpit, neck, and collarbone on the left side. Ultrasound showed a mass in my neck but a follow-up CT scan showed nothing. Ultrasound also showed none of my lymph nodes are swollen. What else could the swelling be?
