Wish I could feel it. Could be thyroid or lymph node. Have a local Dr talk to you and examine you. Then discuss. They will likely know best reasons and what to do for this in men like you who live where you live.

Hi, I have a painful lump on the right front side of my neck near my throat. The pain started as very dull but has now become severe and radiating into my jaw and ear. I am also have difficulty swallowing in the last hour.
I have a swollen lump under my left ear/start or my jaw it's about the size of a grape it's grew the past few weeks and became rather sore and sensitive on the lump and all over my left side of my neck down to my collar bone is it serious?
