See Your Doctor: You have 2 lumps "right side of neck". Lumps that can be felt in the neck region are usually prominent lymph nodes which are part of your immune system. Infection, trauma, & cancers can cause them to enlarge with or without pain. However, a prominent node can be a benign finding. You should have your doctor take a look to provide the correct diagnosis and for reassurance if no treatment is needed.
