Orthostatic BP: You probably need a tilt test.. Your BP can drop with prolong standing.

May need further Ted: Eng test evaluates ears ability to respond to rotational changes. Posturography testing may provide more information about your ability to maintain balance in other situations. Not available at all ENT doctors office. May need evaluation at a balance center.
