Florinef is used to raise blood pressure. Are you able to check your BP when you're lightheaded? If your BP doesn't drop on standing, I don't think florinef will stop your lightheadedness. If,instead, you're experiencing vertigo instead of lightheadedness, consult a neurologist or ENT specialist for evaluation&advice. Perhaps your heart rate of 100 is causing symptoms &need a heavier dose of propr

In the previous question you said your blood pressure was normal with tachycardia before starting propranolol, so what is your blood pressure now upon standing with taking propranolol? If your blood pressure is low (less than 100 for your gender and age) it could be the reason for the lightheadedness ( this term is more correct than dizziness if you have symptom due to low blood pressure).
