I had an ectopic heartbeat when i was going up the stairs carrying groceries. my heart is healthy and structurally normal per my cardiologist but that feeling concerned me. there was not chest pain sob or dizziness. why did it happen?

Palpitations: At twenty eight heart problems would be unlikely, but electrolyte problems are not. You have have low sodium or potassium causing the problem. Other factors can be caffeinated beverages which can cause palpitations.
