Fats: There are only 3 calorie sources we can use:carbohydrates like starches-bread, rice, pasta;proteins like meat, fish, poultry, legumes;and the bad boys:fats. These have twice the calories of the the carbs and proteins.Avoid french fries and chips and please take a walk for exercise, just 30-45 min's will be super in your effort to lose weight.Look at weight watchers for a very effective regime.

Avoid: fried, greasy, un-fat foods and junk carbohydrates. To lose weight insure that calories burned > calories consumed. Drink at least 8 - 8 oz glasses of water /day. Try for 8 hrs of sleep/night. Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 of fruit per day. Use whole grains. Avoid sodas, alcohol & junk carbohydrates. Get in a good mix of aerobic & weight lifting exercises.
