No treatment needed: fibroids are benign smooth muscle growths and are very common. yours are small. no treatment is needed unless you are having significant symptoms. they also tend to shrink after menopause.

Review metric system: 16 mm is a bit more than 1/2 inch. do not worry about fibroids less than 5 inches unless you are trying to get pregnant. there has never been a recorded case of fibroids becoming cancerous.
