It is possible for: people w/schizophrenia marry and have good relationships, but like other disorders, it needs to be treated and it is a risk factor. There are varying degrees of symptoms manifested when someone has schizophrenia and that needs to be considered also. The best predictor of future behavior is past behavior. Peace and good health.

Schizophrenia health: A person with schizophrenia can absolutely marry and have normal relationships with family and friends. In fact, these relationships actually help protect against some of the more difficult symptoms of the disease. What is most important is that the person with schizophrenia follow their treatment plan including medication and supportive care.
