Can you go back & forth with schizophrenic symptoms to normal then back & forth again my 32 yr old son with cp has been showing many signs of schizophrenia. he has been seen by his family dr and a neurologist. his blood work & ct were completely normal.

Delerium : Delerium can present with waxing and waning symptoms which can appear psychotic in nature. Obviously the etiology needs to be determined.

Seek evaluation by a: Psychiatrist. Schizophrenia has many presentations, can look like other conditions, and other conditions can look like schizophrenia. A proper evaluation will provide definitive answer and guide any necessary intervention. Best regards.
