Have information: Having gene does not mean that u will have it, gene also needs expression , like a seed needs soil to become a plant, we may have million genes, if we don't provide the environment , the gene will never express. Whether it is depression , bipolar , or schizophrenia , trauma, sleep deprivation, drugs, stress all seem to be the main factors allowing the gene express having the first episode, age is impor.
