Yes: Go to http://caloriecount.about.com/ and open a free account. This is a very good website. They will ask you a few demographic questions (age, height, weight, activity etc) and tell you what your caloric needs are and there are many resources on the site for diet and exercise as well as member forums and nutritional advice.
