Chiropractor: I would see a chiropractor or physical therapist. Hopefully you have not continued to do heavy weight lifting but if so you need to stop for a while. If you are overweight, losing weight helps back pain. If you smoke, quitting also helps. Give physical medicine 6-8 weeks and if still having pain see a specialist.
