Other things: If imaging was normal, I would still consider doing an EMG of your lower extremities to rule out a neuro cause such as radiculopathy. If everything is normal other things such as a vasculitis, or vascular claudication should be entertained. If your a smoker or cardiac history you might be at risk for circulation problem. Peripheral arterial study and other labs should be done to eval this.

Check vascular study: I would evaluate for presence of peri feral arterial disease with ABIs and PVRs and also check for venous reflux if varicose veins or extensive spider veins are present. Recommend seeing general or vascular surgeon.
