Depends: It depends on where you are measuring the RV from. As based on the low normal your report, this is likely a mid RV diameter measure. At this point in the heart, normal is from 2.7- 3.3cm. In regards to dangerousness, this is a complicated answer. It depends on why it's enlarged but also how the function(pumping ability) is too.
