I just had an echo done and it found ascending aorta dilated 4.77cm. what does this mean? is it dangerous? mild concentric left ventricular hypertrophy. normal diventricular systole function. la volume index is 22.4 cm3/m2?

There is no danger at this time; however, you need follow-up echo every 6 months for any change. The aneurysm needs to be fixed when it is bigger than 5.5 cm or the size increase at or above 0.5 cm/year. Blood pressure should be kept below 120/80. Good luck.
