LLQ pain: Although you are young for the disease it could be diverticulitis. other left lower quadrant causes could be inflammation of the ovary or Fallopian tube or even an ectopic pregnancy. A stone in the ureter should also be considered. Is the pain worsened with walking? Is it worsened with a bowel movement? Is there any nausea? Do you have a fever? You need evaluation and possible CT scan.
