I burp, bloat and feel full really quickly after eating. Did have nausea then that changed to diarrhoea for 3 days in the morning only. Now woken up but pain that is relieved by passing gas with no bowel movement. Could it be a stomach bug?
2-3x/day for 2 days: excruciating, sharp, stabbing pain in lower left abdomen and rectum, relieved by bowel movement, passing gas or walking. Colonoscopy 1 yr ago was normal. No nausea/vomiting/fever/blood in stool. Could this be gastritis or IBS?
