Can feel one bulky veins in scrotum right after standing.more than 80 percent disappeared after started walking slight pain. should i consider surgery?

Varicose veins: Assuming that what you are feeling are veins, varicose veins in the scrotum are very common. Sometimes they increase blood flow to the testes and cause a decrease in sperm count Usually they do not require surgery unless they cause pain or decrease the sperm count to a level that impairs fertility.
