Diagnosed w/ sinus inf. and fluid sucked back in ear. during antibiotics ear pressure went away, after swimming it's back. how do i get fluid out ear?

Mucinex (guaifenesin) D might help: Assuming you don't just have water in your ears from swimming (equal parts vinegar and rubbing alcohol good for that), and assuming you can take decongestants (no high blood pressure, no previous bad effects from Pseudophed), then MucinexD may be your best choice. Won't dry up the secretions so much that your sinuses won't drain, but will open you up enough to hopefully relieve pressure.
