Not to worry: ONe cannot feel eye pressure as " behind eyes". Likewise, increased mass or volume in the orbit that might push the eye to be more prominent is not felt as pressure. Changes of any sort in the back of one's head cannot be felt as pressure in the eyes. Severe sinus issues can make one uncomfortable and can effect the orbit and eye; these should be checked by a primary physician or otorhinolarygo
