AAA : Unlikely.. In a thin person the abdominal aorta can be felt (palpated). But if you have concerns go see a doctor to find out or to be considered for an ultrasonography to rule out AAA. ALL SMOKERS MUST BE SCREENED ONCE IN LIFETIME FOR AAA.
