It is not clear: as to if you are asking a question or not but the answer you received previously is correct. Your finding is most likely normal but if you are concerned, an ultrasound will be definitive.

Abdominal Aneurysms: are not common. Most physicians, with even limited experience, can feel/estimate the abdominal aorta size very quickly on examination, unless the individual is quite obese, in which case one would be unlikely to observe the aortic pulse moving a book laying on the abdomen.
