See your PCP: Hopefully you have a primary care provider, as this is something that could be seen and treated by them without having you spend hours in a ed. An AAA would be low on the possibilities in your age group, and unless severe pain, feverish and worsening symptoms may not be your appendix-plus it has been going on for days. Call your pcp as they know you best and should be able to see you asap.
