I have anxiety and i can feel my pulse in my stomach i've seen two doctors one do a xray should i be concerned about a aaa?

Doubtful: Not likely unless you have a collagen deficiency. More likely related to the anxiety. Need to know what the x-ray showed to be sure.

These almost always occur in the elderly. You do have an increased risk if you happen to have a certain disease that generally makes you very tall and thin. Have you heard of Marfan's Syndrome? If not, AAA is very unlikely.
