Are you thin?: Hi. You are NOT seeing your stomach pulse. That's your aorta. And at age 20, it's not a AAA unless you have Marfan's or syphilis (which i HIGHLY suspect you do not). I suspect you are what we refer to in medicine as "the worried well". Good luck!

Aorta: It can be normal to feel and even see a pulse in your abdomen, especially in thin people when lying down. Having a AAA at 20 wold be very rare unless there was a severe genetic predisposition, etc. Discuss with your Dr. at your next exam to to have all your feels addressed.
