Is it normal to have my upper right second molar bleed while brushing? i can't bite nor eat it's really painful. i've had my expander for two weeks.

Not normal: I am a bit worried that you may have an infection in that molar, and it is a good idea to have your dentist take a look. It might just be irritation from the expander, but that usually goes away within a week or two. Seems a bit abnormal for it to be this painful two weeks out from starting your expander.
