Red patch above top 2nd molar on both sides and a bit under maxillary vestibule, no pain except when i brush over it, noticed 23 days ago but the same until now. looks darker than surrounding when i take a photo, no bleeding. bad news or normal?

The fact that they are bilateral would indicate thatchy are probably anatomic anomalies rather than pathology. However the rule of thumb is that any perceived lesion that does not disappear within 2 weeks should be evaluated. See your General Dentist or any of the following Dental Specialists: Oral Medicine, OralPathologist, Periodontist, Oral Surgeon.
