A moist Lipton black teabag can be placed in the area as the tannins induce clotting. Stay away from the area for now and return to the dentist if the problem does not resolve.

You may have traumatized the surgical sites. Use soft t'brush, not medium or hard. Brush gently but thoroughly, avoiding the surgical sites entirely for about 2 weeks. Floss daily, but avoid surgical sites for 2 weeks. If that doesn't help, your Dentist or Oral Surgeon (whichever did the surgery) is responsible for your post-surgical care. Call him/her.
