Possible yeast: Maybe a yeast infection (thrush,candida) and could improve with a one time Diflucan (fluconazole) tablet (prescription). If is goes away after that, the diagnosis is confirmed, and then it will be important to investigate why are you having yeast infections in your mouth; immune system deficiency, undiagnosed diabetes? Please have a check up.
