Underneath my tongue is swollen, not my tongue. (bottom front of my mouth.) i think it's called sublingual papilla. also the lymphnode is swollen.

Swellings under the tongue can become dangerous if they rapidly grow since they can push your tongue backwards, causing airway blockage. Please have your self evaluated at once.
