However, anxiety or unecessary worry may be even more of a problem. Anxiety attacks can stop people in their tracks and can affect a person's abilty to function normally. Immune health: Having lymph nodes activate and resolve is a sign of health. It is not in any way a sign of illness, disease, cancer, or immune collapse. Our bodies fight off numerous foreign invaders all the time. Being able to feel your lymph nodes means you have proof of your health and the strength of the immune system in general.
