Just had a nuclear stress test today, 8/10/21. felt fine afterwards. got home 2 hours later and lymph nodes swollen on left side of neck and ear ans sore to the touch. two lumps on top of scalp also. feel chilled. could this be frome the iv injectio?

Most possibly such an acute reaction suggests a allergic reactioin. Please calll the Doctors office , they may need to see you and or prescribe a short term Steroids.

Highly unlikely. You need to be examined by your doctor for an explanation of your symptoms. I assume the stress test was negative, and if so congratulations.
