My right neck lymph nodes started bothering me over a year ago, aching/ throbbing at random times. recently i developed stabbing pain in right shoulder and hurts when pressed. the pain goes into my back. jan 2021 wbc came back 13.7. what can this be?

PERSISTENT lymph node swelling at 1 particular site combined with PERSISTENT WBC elevation can indicate a serious underlying condition. See your doctor ASAP.
