It depends: It is really depend on what kind of surgery was done first time and why you end up with no sensation ant not what kind of surgery you had second time having a catheter for two years will make situation worst as far as feeling concern of course you need a temporary solution for your urine that coming I suggest something called Texas catheter or a condom catheter for now
