Post-appendix : There are rarely symptoms after removal of the appendix. Likely something else is going on. If a little bit of appendix was left behind, you can get appendicitis again, but it does not cause changes in the urine. The CRP suggests that some kind of inflammation is present. Have your checked with your doctor? A cat scan of the abdomen might show where the problem lies.
