My mom had cortisone injections on her knees and would like to know the best way to sleep, ex: should she elevate them?

Varies: MIght consider what she feels best with. if she sleeps on her side , would put pillow between knees. Other suggestions include to put a pillow under both knees to sleep with the knees bent at about a 45 degree angle. There is no best way to sleep but would not sleep on her abdomen that might hyperextend her knees.
