Yes if all other -: -less invasive measures have failed, & the only alternative is a replacement. However 1 injection is worth a shot,as it may last a long time. If only gives relief 4 a few weeks, continued repeatedly being injected is detrimental 2 both articular cartilage as well as ligaments & tendons. Proceed with caution.
