Headaches . . .: New onset headache in someone who never has headaches is an alarm bell for us regardless of age, so best to get evaluated sooner than later. Unfortunately, I'm answering your question about 9hrs after you posted, so I hope that she's better whether you took her to ER or waited. I would recommend an emergent evaluation especially given recent history of contaminated steroids a few yrs ago.
