No cure ...: Most likely, the cyst of left kidney is a common incidental finding found while being evaluated with CT/MRI for abdominal pain or backache, will stay with you forever, and most times requires no Rx / intervention if a simple cyst is well defined. If not, periodic US for follow-up may be required. As to how often the F/U is needed, ask Doc for detail timely. Remember Doc have never cured anyone but
